• Our software / database remembers everything our translators have previously translated, so when clients send content for translation we only translate new text & edit similar text
• The software calculates a file’s word count and breaks the word count down into four sections:

1. In Content Exact Match (ICE) – an exact match that occurs in exactly the same context, that is, the same location in a paragraph.  No other TM software can detect ICE matches in this way which means that our TM discounts will most probably be higher than our competitors, and this will only increase as TM is built up 
2. 100% matches
3. ‘Fuzzy’ matches - content that is similar to what has been translated previously
4. New text for translation

• Quotations show these breakdowns and the discounts received
