How we do it

how we do our translation serviceTranslate4me.com has developed statistical translation tools that learn from previously translated text. This means our human translators don’t have to spend as long translating your text from scratch.

Our in-house developed tools examine each sentence as it is translated and produce high levels of content output, before it is sent to a human translator. It is this translation technology that allows us to be better, faster and cheaper than many traditional translations providers.

Translation Memory (TM) is another tool used to vastly reduce your costs and turnaround times. This technology is free of charge to all of our customers and we can start to build your TM from the very first project you send to our team.

TM stores and remembers any previous translated text we have provided to you. When you send us a project, we analyse the new text against your existing TM and you don’t pay for any repeated text. This significantly reduces the cost and turnaround time and, more importantly, greatly improves quality and consistency.

When loading a document using our free online quotation tool, your TM isn’t automatically applied, so if you have completed a translation project with Translate4me.com in the past, it is likely that your final quote will be even lower.
